Who we are
This site is operated by Samar Hasan ("we", "us"). For any privacy-related questions, please write to coaching@samarhasan.com.
What we collect
- Name, email address, and (optionally) phone number you submit via forms.
- Your responses to The Unfolding Assessment when you choose to receive results.
- Basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.
Why we collect it
- To send you the materials, reflections, or guides you have requested.
- To respond to enquiries about coaching, advisory, or speaking.
- With your consent, to send occasional reflections on leadership and inner growth.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your information on the basis of your explicit consent and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate. You may withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We retain your information only as long as needed to deliver what you asked for or until you ask us to delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use trusted service providers (such as email delivery and scheduling tools) strictly to operate this site and our communications.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, simply email coaching@samarhasan.com and we will respond within 30 days.
