Governance, charter and board design

The architecture that lets an institution outlast its founders. Founding bylaws, board cadences, donor governance, performance frameworks across seven institutional planning areas — including philanthropic foundation registration.

Global creator and innovation programs

Including the UEFN Women Creators Program for Epic Games — a first-of-its-kind global program — and the WATSATHON water innovation challenge. Programs that have been licensed and adapted by national governments and global corporates.
