The Sultana Influence
A tribute to Iffat Sultana.
The Sultana Signature is a tribute to my mother, Iffat Sultana. In Middle Eastern and South Asian cultures, Sultana is the feminine form of Sultan — a woman who leads with ownership and sovereignty.
The Arabic trilateral root of Iffat, ع-ف-ف (ayn-fa-fa), and the source word iffah (عِفَّة), carry meanings of dignity, integrity, virtue, and moral strength. It is the foundation of my values-led coaching approach.
The Sultana Signature honors my heritage, is rooted in my identity, and reflects my leadership philosophy — a values-led, culturally grounded, and stretching presence for every woman I work with.
Together with the Unfolding Pathway, the Sultana Signature is my coaching fingerprint — and a legacy that translates into supporting more women to step into self-led, values-aligned leadership.

Intuition
You begin by returning to your own knowing. Stripping back the noise, the external voices, and the performance of leadership to find what you actually think, feel, and want. You learn to trust it again.
Fearlessness
You develop the capacity to act on what you know, even when it is uncomfortable. To name what is true. To challenge the patterns that have kept you playing small. To lead from conviction, not consensus.
Force of Nature
You step fully into your sovereign presence. Not louder, not harder — but more fully yourself. The kind of leadership that does not need to prove itself, because it knows itself.
The engagement
What working together looks like
The Sultana Signature is a six-month private coaching engagement. It is designed entirely around you — your leadership, your moment, and what you are ready to step into. There is no fixed curriculum. No pre-set agenda. What we build together is responsive, rigorous, and entirely confidential.
The Sultana Signature is held for a maximum of four women at any one time. It is a significant six-month investment — the specifics of which are shared during the private discovery conversation, once we have established that this is the right container for your moment.
Included in every Sultana engagement:
Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions — 75 minutes each
Unlimited async voice-note support between sessions
A bespoke reflection framework designed around your specific goals and patterns
Priority access for urgent thinking-partner conversations
A closing integration session to consolidate your shifts and set the arc for what comes next
The format:
Virtual by default. In-person sessions available in Dubai — and by arrangement in London, Karachi, and select European cities.
This is a significant investment of time, presence, and courage — from both of us. Enquiries are reviewed personally by Samar before a discovery conversation is arranged.
